BSA Troop 230 invites all Scouts, their families and friends to attend

Our Holiday COURT OF HONOR AND

Troop 230 Traditional FAMILY POTLUCK DINNER

On Tuesday, DECEMBER 20, 2005 , starting at 6:30 pm, at

Woodland Park Community Church (Gym area)

800 Valley View Drive , Woodland Park , CO    80863

(The church is located just east of the intersection of HWY 67 N and Valley View Drive in Woodland Park , CO .  Please park in the rear of the building, and use the rear/north entrance.)

Scouts:  please tell your patrol leader if you are coming, and how many folks (family/friends) will be joining you.

Patrol Leaders:  please advise the SPL(Matt Keuhlen @ 687-2645) how many Scouts and their family members/friends will be attending.

THIS IS A HOLIDAY FAMILY POTLUCK DINNER.  Each Scout’s family should bring a dish to share, enough for 12 to 20 servings, please! (Everybody loves to sample at a potluck dinner!)  If your dish needs serving spoons, etc. please bring this as well (Labels on your neat stuff will help insure it goes back home with you that night.)

Also, each person attending should provide their own:

Place setting  (plate, eating utensils, cup)

Beverage (water, sports drinks, juice, soda, etc.)

The Troop will provide:

Tables/chairs/paper napkins/ice water/cups/a great time for all!

 HOLIDAYS PLAN: Please bring a donation of non-perishable food items, as much as you can share. Our Troop will deliver these to the Community Cupboard on Wednesday, December 21
